Music Programs

The Lancaster Baptist School music program allows students to learn through:

• High School Ensembles (Girls, Men's, and Mixed)
• Band (Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Strings (Elementary, Intermediate, Advanced)
• Piano Lessons

Each lesson/class will be taught by an instructor who is accomplished in his field. Students will have one private lesson a week.

Students will be expected to fulfill practice time and other responsibilities given. Students in Band or Strings will be expected to provide their own instrument. (4th - 12th grade may participate in Band) If a private lesson falls on a holiday, the lesson will be rescheduled. Lessons are not be rescheduled due to student’s absence or if they forgot their instrument, or music book.

Students who participate in Band, Strings, or Choir will be asked to participate in special programs throughout the school year.
